The room
The conference room of the Fontane Hotel is two minutes on foot from the house. HDMI projector, screen, two flip charts, two pin boards, moderator’s kit, Wi-Fi.
Seating by format: outer U-shape for up to 18 people, inner and outer U-shape for up to 28, classroom for up to 24, rows for up to 40. In the winter months the Theodors Suite with a meeting table for six serves as a small meeting room in the house.
What the day costs
Three packages, all per person and day, all including room, equipment, coffee, tea and water.
- Bronze, €47: coffee break with fruit, filled rolls and savoury pastries
- Silver, €73: plus a 2-course business lunch recommended by the head chef, with mineral water
- Gold, €88: plus an afternoon coffee break with candy bar
- Extra: unlimited soft drinks in the room, €10.50 per person
Accommodation is added depending on room category and rate. For groups of up to 23 rooms plus apartments the whole team sleeps in the house. The meeting calculator shows a guide price for your number of participants.
Why people work differently by the water
The break is the difference. Ten minutes on the shore, a look across the lake, and the second half of the day starts differently from the first.
The programme is right at the house: boats from the hire next door for the lunch break, mini golf and football billiards next door, outdoor gym, a boxing taster with the Schorfheide boxing club, in the evening the roof terrace or the Silberwolf Biker Bar. No bus, no transfer, no schedule falling apart.
