General terms and conditions

English translation for information; the German version is legally binding. The terms of the existing site (fontanehotel.com/agb, as of 19 May 2025) will be adopted before going live and supplemented by the agency clause for partner offers. This placeholder shows the structure.

1. Scope

These terms apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms and apartments for accommodation and all related services of Fontane Gastro GmbH.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract comes into effect when the hotel accepts the guest’s request; for online bookings via Mews, with the booking confirmation.

3. Services, prices, payment

Prices include VAT. Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate booked. Payment terms depend on the rate booked.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are shown at booking.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.

6. Events

For celebrations, weddings and meetings the conditions named in the offer apply in addition.

7. Partner offers

Services of partner businesses (Silberwolf Biker Bar, Schorfheide boxing club and others) are arranged by the hotel and provided by the respective operator on its own responsibility.

8. Liability

The hotel is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where permissible, is the registered office of the hotel.
