Getting Here from Berlin
Sixty minutes from central Berlin via the A11, 75 minutes from BER airport, by train to Eberswalde. The Werbellinsee is the lake just outside the city.
By car
Take the A11 towards Stettin to the Joachimsthal exit, then the B198 and L220 to Altenhof. About 60 minutes from central Berlin, 45 minutes from the northern edge of the city, 75 minutes from BER. 10 parking spaces right at the hotel.
By train
From Berlin Hauptbahnhof take the RE3 to Eberswalde, 30 to 40 minutes. From there a taxi or bus to Altenhof, about 20 minutes. We help organise the transfer.
By bike
The Berlin–Usedom cycle route runs through the Schorfheide and past the Werbellinsee. If you split the tour into two stages, you stay overnight in Altenhof.
